Please tell me some good accommodations in Matsuyama city or around Dogo Onsen in Ehime Prefecture
I'm planning to take my 84-year-old mother to Matsuyama in the fall. Can you recommend a place to stay in Matsuyama city or around Dogo Onsen that serves delicious food? I'd be happy if the room was comfortable for senior citizen.

- This is an inn with wonderful hospitality from the staff. The attentiveness of the staff enhances the food, and the meals, which use a generous amount of seafood and mountain produce, are the best. I'll introduce you to some accommodations in Dogo Onsen. I recommend "Dogo Tate." The charm of this hotel is its interior design. The inside of the building is designed to resemble an Edo townscape. You can almost hear the atmosphere of the bustling town. The concept of the meals is that you can't eat what you don't eat here. If you want to take a bath in the hot springs, I recommend staying in a room with an open-air bath.
