  • Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima
  • Are there any lodgings where you can watch the sun set over the ocean while soaking in hot spring?

I want to see the sun setting over the ocean while taking a bath in hot spring. Can you recommend a hot hot spring inn in the area north of Niigata? I'm now a retired person, so I'm looking for a cheap inn.

Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima

23-1 Motoujina-machi, Minami-ku

  • Beautiful sunset and ocean view

  • There is an open-air bath with Breathtaking view that spreads out before your eyes. You can enjoy the sunset over the sea while soaking in the hot spring. You can see the sea from each room, and the meals are seafood and reasonably priced, so I highly recommend it. When I went there, dinner was a buffet, and we had all-you-can-eat oysters and steaks, which are famous in Hiroshima. It's a great hotel where you can even hold weddings. I think the satisfaction level is quite high.

Hotel Neuschloss Otaru

3-282,Shukutsu,

  • Maybe you can hear the cries of sea lions?

  • This hotel is located on a hill overlooking the Sea of Japan, and the views are Breathtaking view. Each room is equipped with an open-air bath, and watching the sunset while soaking in the bath will be a lifelong memory. Nearby is the Otaru Aquarium, which is said to be the best in eastern Japan, and if you're lucky, you might hear the cries of a sea lion. Prices vary from case to case, so we can't really say much...

Hokkawa Onsen Hotel

1127-14 Naramoto, Higashiizucho, Kamogun

  • You can enjoy Breathtaking view of the fishing fires while bathing in the tatami-floored open-air bath, and also enjoy Kuroneiwa Onsen.

  • "Kitagawa Onsen Hotel" is reasonably priced and right in front of the sea. The open-air bath on the rooftop offers Breathtaking view of the sea. At night, the fishing lights are fantastic. Guests can use "Kuroneiwa Onsen" for free, which has been featured on TV as an open-air bath overlooking the sea from which you can see America. (There are times for Mixed-Gender Hot Springs.) The food is also very satisfying! My family has stayed there twice. It is a small hotel and reception desk staff were very kind.

Aokiya

  • hot spring called Toki no Kizuyu (Cocktail Bath)

  • You can see a beautiful sunset from your room or from hot spring. It is a reasonable price if you use a ferry from Niigata Port to Sado Island. Pick-up is also available from the inn. hot spring called Toki no Kizuyu is warm, so you can enjoy the sunset over the lake while taking a leisurely bath.

Tsunagi Onsen Hotel Shion

74-2 Yunodate, Tsunagi

  • The sunset here is very beautiful

  • We recommend Tsunagi Onsen Hotel Shion in Iwate Prefecture. There is a shuttle bus from Morioka. This hotel is located on the shore of Lake Gosho, so you can enjoy a lake view from every room. I think it would be a special experience to take a bath in the hot spring while looking out at Mt. Iwate and watching the sun set over the lake!

Onyado Toho

  • If you want to watch the sunset, this is the place to stay.

  • I recommend Onyado Touhou, which has a hot spring with a view where you can enjoy the sunset while bathing. The hot spring is located on a fairly high floor of the facility, so it feels like enjoying an open-air bath on the roof of a building. It has been designed so that you can enjoy Breathtaking view view from an observation deck filled with hot spring water.

Hotel Grandmer Sankaisou

1, Naruto, Aza, Maito-machi

  • A hotel Breathtaking view spectacular view of the sunset and the Sea of Japan.

  • This hotel is located in a magnificent location surrounded by the beautiful Sea of Japan, Mount Iwaki, the Tsugaru Fuji, and the Shirakami Mountains, a World Heritage Site. I was told that I could see the sunset from my room at around 5:30, and I was able to see a truly beautiful sunset. The meal included a menu of local dishes, which was very satisfying. It is also within easy reach of Kikutani Shoten, so I could easily meet Wasao (the Akita dog Wasao has passed away, but there is a panel of him). I also enjoyed the free shamisen live performance, hearing the Tsugaru dialect.

Yura Onsen Yaotome

Yura 3-16-31

  • Watch the sun set over the ocean from the hot spring on the upper floors.

  • The bath at Yaotome is on the upper floor. You can enjoy the sunset over the sea while taking a bath in the open-air bath like a balcony. Some Ryokan (Japanese inn) have a lower view, but the view from the upper floors is the best. The sea is in front of the hotel, so there is nothing to block the view. We were served a luxurious boat-shaped meal in our room. I couldn't finish it. This hotel is recommended by locals.

Yukaitei Miyajima

1-6-4 Yunohama, Tsuruoka City

  • Recommended accommodation in Yunohama hot spring

  • This hot spring inn is located in Yunohama hot spring in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. It is in a very unusual location, built on the sandy beach itself. Therefore, there is no obstruction to the Sea of Japan, and the view is outstanding. The sunset seen from open-air bath on the roof was beautiful. However, it is cold in winter.

The Great Senami

  • open-air bath where the sun sets is a highlight.

  • Not only can you see the sunset from your room, but open-air bath is so spacious that you can see it from the indoor bath as well. You can even see the sauna from a certain angle. The water and towels provided after the bath (in addition to those in the room) are also a nice touch. And best of all, the food is delicious!! Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. This is hot spring that you'll want to stay at for not just one night, but two.

Kirinzan-onsen Fukusen Ekaki no Yado

5886 Kanose, Aga-machi, Higashikanbara-gun

  • An inn with a view of the Agano River that is like a landscape painting

  • It's a small hot spring inn, but the sunset you can see from the private bath is Breathtaking view. You can see the Agano River and it's beautiful. If you book early, you can get a pretty reasonable price. The scenery is most beautiful in winter, but it's cold, so other times of the year are just right. There are times when there are no hair dryers in the rooms, so if you're going as married couple, you can borrow one at reception desk for peace of mind.

Takeya Hotel

1-9-25 Yunohama, Tsuruoka-shi

  • Experience the beautiful sunset at Yunohama

  • This inn is built on the coast, and the Sea of Japan is right in front of you. You can see a beautiful sunset from your room. For dinner, we had a delicious kaiseki meal with plenty of seafood in a private dining room. The specialty, Hamayaki, was very tasty. The large communal bath was nice, with a large indoor bath and a spacious outdoor bath made of rocks.

Yusuitei Isagoya

1-8-7 Yunohama, Tsuruoka-shi

  • Its location offers a panoramic view of the sea.

  • It is about a 40-minute bus ride from Tsuruoka Station on the JR Uetsu Line. The rooms are in an excellent location with the sea right in front of them, and you can watch the sun sink into the sky from the window. Some rooms have an open-air bath where you can enjoy a view of the Sea of Japan. In addition to the indoor bath, there is an open-air cypress bath where you can enjoy a view of the sea. The facility also has a well-equipped lounge where you can relax while looking out at the Japanese garden. We recommend using it after your bath.

Kameya (Yunohama Onsen)

1-5-50 Yunohama, Tsuruoka-shi

  • The sunset over the Sea of Japan is captivating.

  • When I went to Yunohama hot spring in Yamagata, I stayed at Kameya for one night, and the sunset over the Sea of Japan I saw from open-air bath was beautiful. Of course, you can see the sunset from your room. The food, which uses local ingredients, is also very delicious, and makes you want to drink alcohol. Looking at the historic building, it seems expensive, but I was able to stay there for a surprisingly reasonable price.

Nanbu Kaisenkaku

Hotarudani 31

  • The sunset over Mutsu Bay is Breathtaking view.

  • We recommend Kaisenkaku, located close to hot spring Onsen Station in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture. It's amazing to see the sun slowly sink into the bay as you gaze out at the expansive Mutsu Bay from open-air bath. Accommodation fees are higher during Obon, the New Year's holidays, and early August when the Nebuta Festival takes place. Prices are much cheaper off-season.

  • This is an inn where you can see a beautiful sunset.

  • As the title suggests, this is a hotel where you can see a beautiful sunset. The times when you can see the sunset are posted in the lobby every day and are provided to guide you. You can also see the sunset from the large communal bath and open-air bath. This is a hotel that is recommended overall in hot spring, including the food and service.
