Hotel Tenbo

396-20 Ikaho, Ikaho-machi, Shibukawa-shi

  • The hotel is located at the foot of the hot spring town.

  • Ikaho Onsen is a hot spring town that spreads out on the mountainside of Kaminoyama, and the famous stone staircase runs through the center of the town. However, these stone stairs are quite steep and long, so they may be a bit difficult for small children. Hotel Tenbo is located at the foot of the hot spring town, and you can reach the top of the mountain by car and ropeway. The view of the Ikaho Onsen townscape from the top of the mountain is also quite beautiful.

Hotel Kimura

557-32 Ikaho, Ikaho-machi, Shibukawa-shi

  • A tatami bath that is safe for children

  • Places in Ikaho that children are likely to enjoy include the Green Ranch and the Ropeway. For lodging, we recommend Hotel Kimura in Ikaho Onsen, which boasts its famous tatami baths and cuisine. There are tatami baths that are safe for slipping and falling, as well as private baths that families can use without hesitation, so even children can enjoy the hot springs to their heart's content. They also lend out grooming sets for children at reception desk.

Kishigon Ryokan

48 Ikaho, Ikahomachi, Shibukawa

  • Kishigon Ryokan (Japanese inn) you'd want to stay at least once.

  • If you're looking for Ryokan (Japanese inn) near Ikaho, I recommend Kishigon Ryokan (Japanese inn). It was founded in 1576, during the Warring States period, the same year that Nobunaga built Azuchi Castle. The inn has 100% natural hot spring rooms. It's a historic Ryokan (Japanese inn) that you'll want to stay at at least once.

Welcome

175 Ikaho Ikahomachi

  • You will definitely be satisfied from check-in to check-out!!!

  • To be precise, I think you will be impressed just by looking at the exterior. In the counter lobby, there is a photo of Takahashi Korekiyo, the proprietress' grandfather and former Prime Minister, hanging, which gives off a sense of dignity and elegance. Every room is sure to be relaxing and calming. The Noh performances on the Noh stage in the courtyard in the evenings are also wonderful. I'm sure your children will be fascinated by them with shining eyes. The hospitality during your stay is also first class. I went with family to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary, and the four of us were looked after, and not only my parents but even my younger brother were impressed.

  • Enjoy a relaxed stay with our family plan

  • Depending on the season and the plan you choose, you can use the private baths once for free, and you can enjoy your meals in a private room without any worries. It is conveniently located near the stone steps, which are the main sightseeing spot in Ikaho. The wooden building has a tasteful exterior. The interior of the building has a Taisho-era romantic atmosphere, and you can relax and unwind. Another recommended spot is the Ikaho Toy, Doll and Automobile Museum.

Ryokan Sakurai (Ikaho Onsen)

210-2 Ikaho, Ikaho-machi, Shibugawa-shi

  • An inn with a private open-air bath and friendly staff

  • If you are traveling with children, it is best to stay at an inn with friendly staff. The staff here are very friendly, so you can feel at ease even if you are traveling with children. There is also a private open-air bath, so you can relax with your family, giving you a sense of privacy. The restaurant serves tender beef dishes, so it is a good idea to check with the inn staff in advance to see if they are suitable for children.

Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Ikaho

592-1 Ikaho, Ikaho-machi, Shibukawa-shi

  • A child-friendly hotel

  • Japanese-style hotels where you can stay with your children have spacious rooms and buffet-style meals with a luxurious lineup, so they are recommended. There are also plenty of gorgeous menu that are popular with everyone, such as sushi and tempura. There are also baby baths available for rental in hot spring, so even children can soak in them.
