Shinagawa Prince Hotel

4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato-ku

  • Recommended for foreigners too

  • If you are a foreigner staying at the hotel, how about staying at Shinagawa Prince Hotel? It is close to Shinagawa Station, has a convenience store, and is very convenient. The staff are very friendly, and they are also helpful to foreigners. The beds are comfortable, the view is great, and it is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Imperial Hotel Tokyo

1-1, Uchisaiwai-Cho 1-Chome Chiyoda-Ku

  • We have staff who are fluent in foreign languages

  • Foreigners tend to be taller than Japanese people. If so, I recommend a hotel with long beds. You don't want to sleep with your feet hanging off the bed. The hotel I recommend is the Imperial Hotel.

Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa

3-13-1 Takanawa, Minato-ku

  • An inn with a Japanese garden

  • How about the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station? Part of the hotel has been renovated. The Japanese garden is amazing. Rather than a boring business hotel, this hotel where you can refresh yourself in the Japanese garden is sure to please foreign visitors. I especially recommend it during cherry blossom season.

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba

2-6-1 daiba minato-ku

  • A top-notch hotel

  • Hotel Grand Pacific LE DAIBA is about 20 minutes by bus from Haneda Airport and directly connected to Daiba Station on the Yurikamome Line. It is a perfect place to stay for important people such as business partners, as they will be able to relax without feeling rude. There was nothing to be dissatisfied with, from the luxury of the room to the customer service.

Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu

1-12-2 Dougenzaka

  • The hotel is directly connected to the station and there is a limousine bus to the airport.

  • If you are coming from overseas, it is convenient to stay at a hotel where you can use the limousine bus for the initial transfer. Furthermore, this hotel is directly connected to Shibuya Station, making it easy to access while you are staying. The beds are not as narrow as you might expect in hotels in Tokyo, so even my 180cm tall colleague was able to stay there without any problems.

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

2-2-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku

  • Popular hotels for foreigners

  • I have stayed at this hotel several times on my own. It is a very prestigious hotel, but what surprised me was the number of foreign visitors to Japan. When I went to the breakfast area in the morning, most of the people around me were foreigners. For that reason, it seems that many of the staff are foreigners. I think it feels more homey than a hotel that is not used to dealing with customers.

Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi

2-1-1 Nihonbashi-Kakigara-cho, Chuo-ku

  • This hotel is convenient for transportation.

  • If you are from the US, you will probably be coming via Narita Airport. If so, I recommend the Royal Park Hotel in Suitengu. The limousine bus stop is next to the Hakozaki Air Terminal. The beds at this hotel are large and long enough to sleep comfortably.

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome

1-6-3, Higashishimbashi

  • Hotel with good transport access

  • It's very convenient, being close to the Yurikamome Shiodome Station and JR Shinbashi Station, and also has good access to the Shinkansen Tokyo Station and Shinagawa Station, as well as Haneda Airport. It's not too luxurious, but I think it's best to avoid a typical business hotel, so I think this hotel is just right.

Marunouchi Hotel, Tokyo

1-6-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda Ku

  • Convenient hotel near Tokyo Station

  • This "Marunouchi Hotel" is almost directly connected to Tokyo Station via an underground passage, so if you go underground, you can check in without getting wet in the rain. If you are a foreigner, I think a hotel close to Tokyo Station is a good choice for your peace of mind. The beds in the hotel are relatively large, and the bathrooms are spacious as well.

As it is a hotel managed by one of Japan's leading airlines, you can be sure that you will be able to experience the splendor of Japan in all aspects of the service, including customer service, meals, and hotel amenities.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo Hotel

4-8-1 Shibakoen, Minato-ku

  • This hotel has a great night view

  • It is one of the newest Prince hotels, with a beautiful interior and a wonderful night view. It is located right next to Tokyo Tower, so you can see it clearly. The food was also delicious. It is also located in the city center, only 15 to 20 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport, and there is a direct limousine bus from Narita Airport. It is also convenient for business use as it is located in the city center.

Hotel Gracery Tamachi

3-8-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku

  • There is a stylish lounge.

  • The hotel is located within walking distance of Tamachi Station. As it is a station on the Yamanote Line, there are many trains and the transportation is very convenient. The route from the station to the hotel is also easy to find. Although it is a business hotel, the rooms are luxurious and it is a good value for money accommodation. Guests can use the private lounge, where you can relax while reading the newspaper and drinking coffee. Massage chairs are also free to use. It feels like you are using an airline lounge, and it is a very good deal to stay at this price range.

Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo

1-3-22 Yaesu, Chuo-ku

  • 3 minutes walk from Tokyo Station

  • The hotel is located near Tokyo Station, so it is convenient for guests coming from far away. It has many foreign guests and the rooms are spacious, so although it may not have the feel of a business hotel, I think it is a hotel that will please tourists visiting Japan. It is also interesting that it has a tea room.

  • How about the Westin Tokyo, located near Ebisu Station on the Yamanote Line? This hotel is located in a relatively quiet area in the city center. You'll probably eat out for dinner. Breakfast is served buffet style and is very delicious.

  • It is close to the Tokyo Big Sight, making it very convenient for exhibitions. The hotel has a chic interior and is very relaxing. It is also convenient to get to the city center by using public transportation such as the Yurikamome and Rinkai lines. APA Hotel Roppongi Ekimae

6-7-8 Roppongi, Minato-ku

  • It's reassuring to stay in a town where English is spoken

  • The Roppongi area, which has many foreign tourists, is a place where you can enjoy nightlife until late. The hotel staff will be familiar with English language support. It's easy to encounter fellow tourists, so you can enjoy yourself even if you don't have a companion and just spend your free time there. It might be rude to ask too many questions about how to spend your time afterwards.

Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Ginza Hotel

6-14-10 Ginza, Chuo-ku

  • This hotel has good transport links and speaks English.

  • I'm not sure what price range you want for a business hotel, but if you think about the convenience of transportation and the fact that English is spoken here, I think this is a good choice. I've stayed here a few times, and all the staff can speak English, and there are many foreign guests. There are direct flights to both Narita and Haneda from the nearest Higashi-Ginza station, and there is also a bus from in front of the hotel.
