Noboribetsu Onsen Daiichi Takimotokan

55 Noboribetsu-onsen, Noboribetsu

  • Many hot springs and baths

  • There are many types of springs and baths, so you can enjoy bathing as many times as you like. There is also a tap for drinking the spring water, so you can warm up both the inside and outside of your body with the hot springs. You can dine in your room or enjoy Buffet, but the course menu is recommended. Hokkaido cuisine and seasonal dishes are available.

Marukoma Onsen Ryokan

7-banchi, Horobinai, Chitose-shi

  • The open-air bath here is amazing.

  • One night in Hokkaido is a little lonely, but I recommend Marukoma Onsen Ryokan (Japanese inn), which is close to Chitose Airport and has good transportation access. It is a quiet inn that is also a member of the Japan Association for Preserving Secret Hot Springs. The natural open-air bath is connected to Lake Shikotsu and is worth experiencing at least once. It's better to stay for a few nights and relax, so you can get a feel for Hokkaido.

  • Luxury Hotels

  • If you go to Hokkaido, this is the place to be. It was a really nice hotel. The staff were kind, polite, and quick, which was expected. The view was nice, and the room was clean. The open-air bath was the best. It's expensive, but it's worth it.

Kitakobushima Hotel & Resort

172,Utoro-Higashi,Shari-cho,Shari-gun

  • The hotel has an open-air bath, so it is safe for the elderly. The Sea of Okhotsk is right in front of you, and the view Breathtaking view.

  • There was no designated location, so I'll introduce a place I've always wanted to go to, and one I just went to this year, which I really enjoyed. It's self-service, but you can use the coffee set in your room to make your own coffee from scratch. If you choose a room with an open-air bath, you don't have to go far to take a bath, and you can relax in the hot spring while looking out at the Okhotsk Sea, which is very pleasant. There are many plans available, so I recommend checking out their website.

Jozankei Tsuruga Resort Spa Mori no Uta

Jozankei Onsen Higashi 3-192, Minami-ku, Jozankei

  • Recommended Ryokan (Japanese inn)

  • There are many recommended Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Hokkaido, but how about Jozankei Onsen, the inner sanctum of Sapporo? Jozankei is about an hour's drive from central Sapporo. Even if you don't have your own car, there are hotel shuttle buses and local buses, so there's no need to worry. Among them, Tsuruga is a famous high-class Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Hokkaido, so the large communal bath and baths are perfect. What's more, the clientele is calm, so I think you'll be able to relax.

Sapporo Kitahiroshima Hotel

  • A resort hotel where you can enjoy forest bathing

  • There is a free shuttle bus from JR Kitahiroshima Station to the Sapporo Kitahiroshima Classe Hotel, so it is very convenient. This hotel is a natural hot spring health spa and hotel where you can stay overnight. There is a large forest bath and various hot spring facilities. There is also a snack bar where you can relax after the bath, so you can relax all day. The view of the natural scenery from the room is Breathtaking view. For dinner, we enjoyed a Buffet-style meal at the sky restaurant on the upper floors.

Hotel Mahoroba

  • When you think of hot springs, Noboribetsu comes to mind.

  • Noboribetsu is famous for its hot springs in Hokkaido. The spring quality is excellent. You said you were staying with your father, but if you want to enjoy a meal, I recommend "Mahoroba". It's a Buffet style, but there is a venue set up for individual guests, not a venue for group guests, so those who use that venue can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. We were able to enjoy Hokkaido-style meals such as crab, and I think it's a delicious hotel with Buffet.

Noboribetsu Sekisuitei

Noboribetsu Onsen-cho 203-1

  • You can experience sulfur springs.

  • This hotel offers a good balance between service and price, making it easy to stay. The rooms are Japanese-style and relaxing. In the hot springs, you can soak in the sulfur springs that are characteristic of Noboribetsu. There is also a bath made of cypress. When you think of Noboribetsu Onsen, you think of Jigokudani, where a huge volcanic fumes rise up. It's impressive. There are a few hills on the way there, but it's worth a visit.

  • Both the large public bath and the open-air bath are 100% natural hot spring. The view from the open-air bath is also great, so you can relax and enjoy the hot springs. Tokachigawa Onsen Kangetsuen Hotel

14-2 Tokachigawaonsenminami, Kato-gun otofukecho

  • A rare moor hot springs

  • This is a rare moor hot springs even in Hokkaido. The meals were also prepared with Hokkaido in mind. As for the location, it is about an hour from Obihiro Airport, and access to surrounding tourist sites is excellent. There are rooms with open-air baths, so elderly people can easily move around and bathe at their own pace without worrying about the surroundings. This is a hotel that I can confidently recommend.

Hanabishi Hotel

Yunokawa-cho 1-16-18

  • It's open and easy to access

  • It is easy to get to by train or plane, and the tram is right next to Yunokawa Onsen Station, so it is easy for elderly people to get around. The majority of the rooms are Japanese-style, but there are also Western-style rooms, so it is a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), but it is kind to those who prefer chairs and beds. Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath are spacious and relaxing, so I like it.

Kashoutei Hanaya Ryokan

  • Relax and enjoy the hot springs and cuisine of Noboribetsu!

  • My father, who has been suffering from cancer, wanted to take a hot spring bath, so I took him to this inn. It's not luxurious, but it's quiet and small, the food is delicious, and my father and I were able to enjoy kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )in our room while reminiscing about old times. My father was satisfied, and I think I was able to show my filial piety.

  • The building is barrier-free

  • This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Noboribetsu Karurusu Onsen, Hokkaido, with 18 rooms all barrier-free and 100% natural hot spring water. The building is barrier-free with ramps, the large communal bath has handrails and an open-air bath outside. It is a small Ryokan (Japanese inn), so it is easy to get around. For meals, you can enjoy the popular local chicken tataki hotpot, which has been popular since the ryokan first opened.

Hakodate Onuma Prince Hotel

Nishi-Onuma Onsen, Nanae-cho, Kameda-gun

  • The hot springs are nice.

  • The view of the trees from the open-air bath is beautiful. It is also lit up at night. I stayed here as part of a package tour, and I think it's the best hotel for relaxing in the hot springs. Also, it's a highly rated Prince Hotel, so I think you can feel safe.

Chikuba Shinyotei Ryokan

  • A relaxing inn

  • I recommend "Takeba Shinyotei" in Yunokawa Onsen, Hakodate. It is about a 15-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station and about a 5-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. Both Ryokan (Japanese inn) and the hot springs have a nice atmosphere. It is a calm and quiet inn where you can enjoy delicious food and relax in the hot springs. The staff are also very polite.

Hot Spring Lodge Daiichi

  • I want to stay there at least once in my life

  • If you ask the inn, they will provide a pick-up service from Nakashibetsu Airport. This is an inn for Shima-Owl. If you're lucky, you can see Shima-Owl flying in from the open-air bath. The food is good, the rooms are good, and the hospitality is good. It's not a place you can easily get to, so please come at least once.

Shiobetsu Tsurutsuru Onsen

201 Takinoyu, Rubeshibe-cho, Kitami-shi

  • Healthy hot springs

  • If elderly people are going to take a bath in a hot spring, it is best to choose a spring that is gentle on the body. That is the case at Ryokan (Japanese inn) "Shiobetsu Tsurutsuru Onsen" located near Onneyu in Kitami City. The water has a high pH value and is alkaline, making it gentle on the body. The meals are mainly Japanese cuisine, which is also gentle on the body. Please consider it.
