Are there any cheap hotels in Kyoto that you would recommend for visiting shrines and temples?
I'd like to go on a trip to visit shrines and temples with like-minded people, so I'm planning to stay in Kyoto for about two nights. My budget for One person night is about 8,000 yen. What kind of accommodation would you recommend?

- This hotel is easily accessible, just a few minutes walk from JR Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit after getting off the Shinkansen. The twin rooms in the main building are inexpensive, but the rooms are a bit small, so if you splurge a little and get a South Wing room, you'll enjoy a comfortable space of about 23 square meters. If you use the subway and city bus one-day free pass, you can tour most of the temples and shrines in the city at a low cost.
