My wife and I would like to know where we can find a good sake brewery in hot spring near Kanto region. [Budget: 50,000 yen for a two-day, one-night trip]
I live in Tokyo. I would like to do some tasting and tours at a sake brewery, so please recommend a hot hot spring is within 3 hours of Tokyo. If possible, I would be happy if I could order the sake at the inn. Any season is fine. Preferably somewhere around Gunma or Nagano.

- How about taking a tour of the five sake breweries along the Koshu Kaido? It's easy to get to from Kami-Suwa Station. The Gokuraku Sake Brewery Tour ticket is available all year round and is a good deal. For a place to stay, I recommend Kami-Suwa Onsen Shinyu. They have a wide selection of local Shinshu sake.
