Otaru, Hokkaido: Cheap hotels recommended for solo travelers
Can you recommend a cheap hotel for a solo traveler to Otaru? I'd prefer a simple hotel that's clean and tidy.

- It's a 6-7 minute walk from JR Otaru Station, so it's easy to get to Sapporo. You can walk to Otaru Canal, a tourist spot in Otaru, in less than 10 minutes. The hotel's interior and facilities look old, but the cleaning was good and the room was clean.ユーザー's answer (Posted on:2014/6/ 4)

The hotel is clean and has good access to tourist spots.
- It's a small hotel, but it's clean and has a nice atmosphere. I remember that the price wasn't too high. It's right next to the famous Otaru cafe "Amatou", and it's also close to the Otaru Canal and Otaru Vine.
