Can you recommend a hotel to stay at around Kinki region during the New Year holidays?
I would like to travel to Kinki region, as there are many places to visit. Could you please recommend shrines and temples that are not too crowded and likely to bring good fortune, as well as accommodations nearby?

- It is a 2-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station, so it has great access to public transportation. You can also visit Tawawa Shrine, which is located on the observation deck, and see the Kyoto skyline. A hotel located in Kyoto Tower, convenient for New Year's visits to shrines
- It's located in downtown Kyoto, and is close to Heian Shrine and Yasaka Shrine for your first visit of the year. It might be nice to go up the candle-shaped Kyoto Tower to see the first sunrise of the year. If you have small with children, it's fine as long as they don't get fussy.
