Please tell me about a hot spring inn in Hida Takayama where I can eat Hida beef! This is my first trip with my boyfriend. I'm looking for Ryokan (Japanese inn) where I can eat Hida beef and take a bath in a hot spring. My budget is about 15,000 yen per person per night.

- You can eat Hida beef at most lodgings in Hida Takayama. One of the most recommended is Hida Hanazato no Yu Takayama Ouan. Located just a 5-minute walk from JR Takayama Station, it offers fresh Hida beef and Hida Takayama local cuisine. - On the top floor, there is an open-air bath with a view of the stars, and the three hot springs that can be reserved for private use also have a wonderful view.
