  • We are planning a trip Kyoto to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and enjoy the autumn leaves. Can you tell me where we can stay for 4 people for under 100,000 yen per night?

I'm planning a trip to Kyoto to see the autumn leaves and celebrate my parents-in-law's golden wedding anniversary. I'd like to find a place where I can treat them well and that they'll be happy, but since I'm pregnant, I'm looking for a place with good transportation access and flexible food options. I'd like two rooms for under 100,000 yen per night for four people. Do you have any recommendations?

Togetsutei Hotel

54-4 Nakao Shitamachi, Nishikyo-ku

  • The view of Arashiyama is beautiful

  • The inn is surrounded by nature, and you can enjoy the tranquil scenery. It is also ideal for strolling around Arashiyama and Sagano. The food is luxurious, using local seasonal ingredients, and is delicious in both quality and quantity. As you would expect from a long-established restaurant, it has a sense of style and atmosphere, and is relaxing and soothing.

  • Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a panoramic view of Arashiyama

  • This Ryokan (Japanese inn) is recommended for its Japanese-style rooms with open-air baths where you can relax without worrying about the people around you. You can get a panoramic view of Arashiyama from the rooms. It is located at the foot of Togetsukyo Bridge, so it is easily accessible by train. There is a meal service for anniversaries, so please discuss this in advance. Other recommended things to do near Ryokan (Japanese inn) include taking a trolley train to see the autumn leaves and visiting temples at your leisure.
