Please tell us about some famous hot springs or hot spring inns that only a few people know about, or "a place that everyone should stay at in Japan at least once."
Please tell us about a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) that makes you feel like "this is the Japanese hot spring inn" or "this is the Japanese hospitality." I would be grateful if you could tell me the reason why you feel that way and any episodes you had.

- I recommend this inn in Kurokawa Onsen, Kumamoto Prefecture. The hot springs are full of atmosphere, with an open-air bath surrounded by trees and a rare private bath called "standing bath" where you can enjoy bathing while standing. There are also rooms with hot springs. And our favorite thing is the food. The creative dishes using Kyushu ingredients such as Kumamoto's specialty horse sashimi and Akagyu beef are elaborate, and make us want to come back again in a different season.
