I'm planning a trip Niigata with two friend who love alcohol. I'd like to know where to stay and enjoy food that goes well with local sake. Also, we drink so much that we get drunk, so a room where we can relax is ideal!

- Niigata is famous for its sake, so many inns offer local sake, but this one in particular has a wide variety, so I recommend it. There is a wide variety of sake to choose from, including the sake "Echi no Hatsuume." The food was delicious local cuisine made with local ingredients, and it went really well with the sake.
