I'm planning a trip Niigata with two friend who love alcohol. I'd like to know where to stay and enjoy food that goes well with local sake. Also, we drink so much that we get drunk, so a room where we can relax is ideal!

- This is a very convenient hotel directly connected to the south exit of Niigata Station. When staying in Niigata, this is the place to be. The food is delicious. I recommend the Echigo sake museum "Ponshukan" located in the station. There is so much sake that I think they have almost all of Niigata's sake. I also recommend the nearby restaurant "Negibouzu".
