I'm planning a trip Niigata with two friend who love alcohol. I'd like to know where to stay and enjoy food that goes well with local sake. Also, we drink so much that we get drunk, so a room where we can relax is ideal!

- I'm not sure if this will completely meet your request for a place where you can enjoy local sake and food that goes well with it, but I think you should consider Kanazawaya Ryokan (Japanese inn), located in Ryotsu, the gateway to Sado Island, as one of your options.
