What are some recommended accommodations in the Kansai area where I can experience Shukubo lodging?
I'm interested in experiencing Shukubo lodging. I'd like to go in the season when the autumn leaves are beautiful. Are there Shukubo where I can experience morning religious services and zazen, eat vegetarian cuisine, and feel comfortable even for beginners?

- I think it's the best among the many Shukubo. It's Shukubo at a temple in Mount Koya in Wakayama Prefecture, and you can choose from a Japanese and Western room suite with a bed to a simple 10-tatami Japanese-style room. Of course, the price is reasonable. However, you can experience the same things you can at a regular Shukubo, such as copying sutras and enjoying vegetarian cuisine. Depending on the plan, you can even have meals in your room.
