• I stayed here a few years ago. The room was single and I remember it being long and narrow, but I only knew of one room in the building, so I think there may be larger rooms for multiple people. The hotel staff were very friendly and left a good impression, so I didn't mind the room at all. This time, breakfast was included, and for dinner, they showed me a nearby restaurant. Access is 45 minutes by bus (reservations required) or a train transfer, so it's independent guest cottages from what you would like, but it's close to the Skytree and I think the view is different at night.

On the top floor of the hotel, there is a large open-air bath with a view of the ocean, which is free and open all night, so you can relax and unwind while enjoying the view. The rooms are stylishly designed. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom has a washing area. The bed is a semi-double size, so you can relax comfortably. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient. As this is a partner hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, there is a free shuttle bus from Disney to the hotel (takes about 20 minutes). There is also a service to deliver luggage to the hotel at the Disney shop near Maihama Station, but it is charged. With all this, it seems like a very good deal.

• If you're looking for a cheap place to stay near the Disney Resort, I recommend this hotel. It's for people like me who don't want Disney design inside the hotel like the official hotels and just want to keep accommodation costs low. The hotel is built like a renovated resort condominium, and the rooms are a little small, but there are convenience stores nearby, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. If you stay outside of event periods, you can get a bargain price, but in October it's Halloween, so the price may go up a little, but check it out. I recommend it.

• We stayed here as a family of four with the no meals plan. The room had four beds, and even with a table there was still plenty of space, so I think it was spacious enough. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so you could relax in the bath after a day at Disney. There are family restaurants nearby, and it's also close to Shin-Urayasu Station, so you can eat at the food court in front of the station and save money on buying Disney goods. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go to Disney Resort.
