In addition to the standard hot spring, we also recommend a private bath for four women. I think the set of an open-air bath, cypress bath, sauna, cold bath, and Japanese-style bath rest room was about 4,000 yen per hour. I recommend visiting Dogo Onsen as sightseeing and using the "Botchan no Yu" bath. As an aside, I heard that the source of Dogo Onsen has already dried up and the water is now drawn from underground in Matsuyama Castle. Dogo Onsen is probably an essential place to visit for sightseeing, but if you want to relax in hot spring and have a fun overnight stay with friends, I recommend Nara Natural Hot hot spring Riraku.
