  • What are some recommended accommodations with large Japanese-style rooms near Sanjusangendo Temple in Kyoto?

I will be coming of age this year, so I will be participating in the large archery tournament at Sanjusangendo with friend from the archery club. I am looking for a large room that is close to Sanjusangendo and can accommodate 5 people without Accommodation only. Since I will be dressing myself, a spacious Japanese-style room would be ideal. It would be even better if there was a full-length mirror. Please let me know if there are any lodgings where I can stay for around 5,000 to 7,000 yen One person.

Hotel Sunroute Kyoto

406 Nanba-Cho, Matsubara-Sagaru, Kawaramachi-Dori, Shimogyo-Ku

  • A cheap accommodation in the center of Kyoto that is also recommended as a base for sightseeing

  • If you are looking for a hotel near Sanjusangendo Temple in Kyoto, how about Hotel Sunroute Kyoto? It is within walking distance of Kawaramachi Station and Kiyomizu-Gojo Station, and is also close to Sanjusangendo Temple in Kyoto. The rooms are modern Western-style and the room rates are reasonable. I think you will be able to relax there.

Ohara OnsenYumoto Kyo No Minshuku Ohara No Sato

41, Kusao-Cho, Oohara, Sakyo-Ku, Kyoto-shi,

  • You can spend your time relaxing.

  • If you are looking for a large inn near Sanjusangendo Temple in Kyoto, I recommend "Ohara Onsen Yumoto Kyo no Minshuku Ohara no Sato." Although it is a private inn, it is no different from a regular Ryokan (Japanese inn). The bath is spacious and the rooms are also spacious. Please consider it.

Hotel Gran Ms Kyoto

410-3 Shimomaruya-cho, Sanjo-agaru, Kawaramachi dori, Nakagyo-ku

  • Stylish and affordable designer hotel

  • It's a designer hotel, and depending on the day, you can stay for under 7,000 yen without meals. There is a Japanese-style room for the 5-person room you requested. It's also convenient because it's a 4-minute walk from Sanjo Station, so if you forget something at the tournament, you can go back and get it right away. I'm not sure if there is a full-length mirror, but please ask the hotel. They may be able to provide one for you.

964 Higashi-kawaramachi, Higashi-oji Nanajo-sagaru, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto-shi

  • Shukubo located near Sanjusangendo Temple

  • This is Shukubo lodging, so it's cheap but safe to stay at. It's in a great location right next to Sanjusangendo Temple, and there are many sights to see in the surrounding area. Although it's Shukubo, it has the facilities of a Ryokan (Japanese inn). Since there are five of us, I think we'll have a 10-tatami Japanese-style room. The bathroom is also very clean. It's a lodging without meals, but since it's a rare opportunity, why not try the delicious breakfast at Shukubo lodging? It's a very clean place, so I'd recommend it for groups of women.

Shogoin Gotenso

15 Shogoin Nakamachi, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto-shi

  • The glory of Shogoin Temple opening as Ryokan (Japanese inn)

  • Kyoto's Shukubo are open to the public, and the elegant gardens of Shogoin Temple attract the attention of tourists. It is also possible to stay overnight without meals, but please check with the lodging facility directly as this is a matter of consultation. Sanjusangendo Temple is within walking distance, and Heian Shrine and Ginkakuji Temple are also nearby. It is also wonderful to stroll around Higashiyama's Philosopher's Path and Shisendo Jozanji Temple, which have a stylish, wabi-sabi atmosphere.
