Recommended for foreigner! Are there any accommodations with hot springs near Kanto region that have a Japanese atmosphere and where English is spoken? [Under 20,000 yen per night]
I would like to know what hot springs are recommended for a foreign married couple visiting the Kanto region of Japan in August. Ideally, they would like a place with buildings and services that give a traditional Japanese feel, and where English is available. The budget is less than 20,000 yen per person per night.

- This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in Shima Onsen, Gunma Prefecture. I have stayed there twice, and the food is very healthy and delicious, using seasonal ingredients.
