Although the accommodation fee is a little high, the hotel offers a wide range of services, including a large public bath with mist sauna exclusively for guests, and welcome drinks. There are multiple restaurants, and for breakfast you can choose from a Western-style Buffet, Japanese-style set meal, or seafood bowl. At the Western-style Buffet, we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal at the restaurant on the top floor, overlooking Otaru Port.

There is also a hot spring on the top floor of the hotel, and from the men's bath you can look down on the canal while soaking in the tub. • I stayed here for two nights, and the food was delicious, the room was nice, and the view from the bath window was great. There aren't many hotels where you can see the ocean from the bath, so I recommend it. It's also nice that the Otaru Aquarium is nearby! It's not that close to Otaru Station, but if you make a reservation in advance, they will pick you up from the station to the hotel, which is convenient.
