  • Highland Resort Hotel & Spa
  • I'm looking for a hotel to stay at after visiting Fuji-Q Highland.

I like amusement parks and am planning a trip to Fuji-Q Highland. I am looking for a hotel where I can stay after playing all day at Fuji-Q Highland. Is there a hotel where I can take hot spring after getting tired and have a shuttle to Fuji-Q Highland or can get there by bus?

Highland Resort Hotel & Spa

5-6-1 Shinnishihara, Fujiyoshida-shi

  • Adjacent to Fuji-Q Highland!

  • This hotel is located next to Fuji-Q Highland. I wasn't going there, but it was just a short walk away. I chose a room on the side with a view of Mt. Fuji, so the view was great and beautiful. There is a free shuttle bus from Mt. Fuji Station, so it's convenient. You can also enjoy Fujiyama Onsen for free, so it's a great way to relieve your fatigue.

Yamagishi Ryokan

4030-1 Funatsu, Kawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun

  • This hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) is located near Fuji-Q Highland.

  • It's easy to find along Route 137. There seems to be a shuttle service, so it would be best to contact them in advance to make things smoother. The hot spring has an open-air bath, so you can sweat it out at your leisure. There is also a dinner plan where you can enjoy meat and wine, so it's a good idea to check when making a reservation in advance.

  • Fuji-Q Highland official hotel

  • A free shuttle bus runs from Fuji Station, making this hotel easily accessible. As an official hotel of Fuji-Q Highland, it offers services such as priority entry to the theme park. The hotel is in a great location, with views of Mt. Fuji from the guest rooms.

West Inn Fuji-Yoshida

1205 Matsuyama, Fujiyoshida

  • Walking distance to Fuji-Q Highland

  • It's about a 15-minute walk to Fuji-Q Highland, and there are many convenience stores and family restaurants along the way, so it feels even closer. The large public bath is an artificial hot spring, but you can relax and soothe your fatigue. There is also a sauna.

Hotel Fuji Tatsugaoka

3-6-10, Tatsugaoka, Fujiyoshida-Shi, Yamanashi, Japan

  • A place to relax after a day at Fuji-Q Highland

  • I recommend this hotel. It is easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from Fuji-Q Highland Station, and is ideal for sightseeing at the Fuji Five Lakes or for business. There are separate outdoor hot spring open-air bath for men and women. All rooms have Simmons beds, so I had a good night's sleep. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.
