I'm thinking of taking my parents who love to eat clab on a trip to show my appreciation for them. We're planning to go this winter, so please let me know if there are any hotels or hot spring resorts where we can enjoy all-you-can-eat crab buffets. We haven't decided on a place yet, but I'd appreciate your recommendations for hidden gems in Hokkaido, Ishikawa, Kyoto, and Tokyo, which are famous for crab.

- hot spring is a rare black water that flows directly from the source, and you can enjoy it in the cloudy black open-air bath. For meals, you can eat as much red snow crab from the Sea of Japan as you like at the adjacent local beer factory restaurant (3 minutes walk, shuttle service available) with an all-you-can-eat main dish and about 30 Japanese and Western dishes.
