  • What are some recommended accommodations in Awara Onsen where you can watch Yumomi (A technique in which a board approximately 180cm long is placed in the hot spring to stir the water and lower the temperature until it is ready to bathe.) process?

I am planning to go to Awara Onsen with pay next time. Yumomi (A technique in which a board approximately 180cm long is placed in the hot spring to stir the water and lower the temperature until it is ready to bathe.) I would like to see what it is called, is there a place to stay where I can take a tour? If not, I would like to know hot spring where I can enjoy Awara Onsen 's specialties!

  • Fukui's specialty "crab full course"

  • Although you cannot observe Yumomi (A technique in which a board approximately 180cm long is placed in the hot spring to stir the water and lower the temperature until it is ready to bathe.), this is a recommended inn where you can enjoy a full course meal of Fukui's specialty crab. You can enjoy a total of 10 courses, including boiled crab, sashimi, grilled crab, and crab hotpot. How about relaxing in the mellow hot spring water and enjoying Fukui's specialty "crab feast"?

  • Accommodation with a full course of Echizen crab

  • It may be difficult to see Yumomi (A technique in which a board approximately 180cm long is placed in the hot spring to stir the water and lower the temperature until it is ready to bathe.) at Awara Onsen, but Echizen crab is a local specialty, so why not try a lodging where you can eat a full course of crab? There are many lodgings that offer all-you-can-eat crab legs, but there are not many that offer a full course, so I recommend this one!

  • Enjoy the taste of the mountains and sea, a Hokuriku specialty

  • I couldn't find any lodgings where I could see Yumomi (A technique in which a board approximately 180cm long is placed in the hot spring to stir the water and lower the temperature until it is ready to bathe.), but this lodging offers dishes made with fresh fish and meat, Hokuriku specialty. Meals are served at the venue, but you can also eat in a private room if you wish. The baths are characterized by their mellow spring water, which warms you to the core. I think this will be a trip that warms both body and soul.
