  • Kusatsu Onsen | What are the recommended hot spring inns that offer in-room dining and rooms with open-air bath?

I'm going to Kusatsu Onsen for my anniversary trip with my girlfriend. Since it's our anniversary, we're looking for a place where we can relax together. Please let me know if there are any recommended inns that offer in-room dining and have rooms with open-air bath!

  • A quiet inn on a hill away from hot spring town

  • Although it is far from hot spring town, how about Yuyado Tokinoniwa, a quiet inn built on a hill? The rooms have an open open-air bath and you can eat meals in your room. They also offer plans that include a complimentary glass of beer after the bath and anniversary plans, so it is perfect for celebrations. Another nice point is that check-out is a little late at 11:00.

  • All rooms have an open hot spring open-air bath, perfect for couples.

  • We recommend Yuyado Tokinoniwa. Located on a hilltop above the Kusatsu hot springs, the inn offers a particularly spectacular view, and you can relax and enjoy the hot springs of Kusatsu in a private open-air bath in your room. The food is delicious, with a Japanese banquet that changes monthly, and the food served in the dining area, which feels like a private room with a clear partition, is also excellent. You can also enjoy a mini hot spring tour of the 23 different hot springs in the building, and you can freely choose your yukata and bedding. This is a recommended inn with many elements that are popular with women, such as free night-crying soba noodles for when you get a little hungry.

  • All rooms have open-air bath!

  • At "Yuyado Tokinoniwa" in Kusatsu Onsen, the bedroom and living room are separate, making for a spacious setting. All rooms have an open-air bath with natural hot spring water. Spending a relaxing time in a calming Japanese-style setting is sure to warm up your relationship. Meals are served in private rooms, but the seats have partitions so you don't have to worry about your neighbors looking in.
