- Since the request was for a reasonably priced hotel with no meals included, how about "Palace Takamatsu" near Takamatsu Station? This is a hotel I often stayed at on business trips. It's close to the station and convenient for shopping. There is parking for about 10 cars, so it's a good idea to check and make a reservation. Speaking of "udon," I remember the udon I ate on board the "Utaka Ferry" (suspended in 2019).
