This hotel has good transport links and speaks English.
- I'm not sure what price range you want for a business hotel, but if you think about the convenience of transportation and the fact that English is spoken here, I think this is a good choice. I've stayed here a few times, and all the staff can speak English, and there are many foreign guests. There are direct flights to both Narita and Haneda from the nearest Higashi-Ginza station, and there is also a bus from in front of the hotel.
