- Yamadaya Ryokan (Japanese inn) is located in the center of Nozawa Onsen town, and can be reached in 25 minutes by bus from Iiyama Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen line. The hot springs in the inn are 100% natural hot spring, so your body will be warm even after you get out of the bath. There are seven guest rooms, all of which are Japanese-style rooms where you can relax, and kotatsu tables are provided in the winter. Dinner is a creative kaiseki meal made with locally produced ingredients, and you can enjoy dishes such as alpine beef, Miyuki pork, wild vegetables, mushrooms, and Shinshu salmon.
