- A 4-year-old is in the youngest class at kindergarten. I think that each child has different interests, but there are quite a lot of people who go to both Kidzania Koshien, which is located on the Koshien side, and USJ. It's definitely a good idea for a 5-year-old, but it may be too early for a 4-year-old.
