- It's about a 50-minute bus ride from Kagoshima Airport. This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) of the two oldest Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Myoken Onsen (the other one and this Ryokan (Japanese inn) are quite famous locally, although I won't write the name), and you can eat in your room. The food is brought to you according to how you're eating, so you don't feel rushed. There are several hot springs, and my married couple I used the private open-air family bath, which we requested for time on the day. The large bath, of course, has carbonated spring water that leaves your skin smooth. The rooms on the river side have a good view.
Answered question: Do you have any recommended hot spring inns with open-air baths where middle-aged and elderly people can relax?
