- Apparently the president himself once collected stones to create a garden, which he then turned into an open-air bath. The luxurious yet calming atmosphere is very relaxing. There is also a beautiful Japanese garden inside Ryokan (Japanese inn). It is close to the city center, and the history and hospitality are very satisfying. It has been a long time since I last stayed here, but I would definitely like to come back with my family.
Answered question: Can you recommend any hot spring inns with beautiful snow scenery near Nagano or Yamanashi prefectures?
