  • It's a cheap hotel, but the staff are very helpful. It's within walking distance of the station, and it's a good location, with only three stops from the nearest Kaihin Makuhari station to Maihama station, where Disney is located. There are 17 types of hot springs to enjoy to your heart's content. The rooms are very modern and stylish, and have an ocean view. At night, the ocean is lit up and looks beautiful.

  • As you may know, Comiket (Comic Market) is held in an area with very poor transportation access. However, the closest station to this hotel, Kaihin Makuhari Station, is also the first station, so you can get a seat and catch the earliest train to the International Exhibition Center.
