- When I went on a udon restaurant tour as a student, I stayed at a business hotel called "Takamatsu City Hotel," located about a 4-minute drive from JR Takamatsu Station. There was a surprisingly cheap plan for a room only stay. The facility is a little old, but it's close to the downtown area and has a Accommodation only lot, which is helpful.
