"Kurashiki Ivy Square" is a traditional hotel. It has a very calm atmosphere. The building is a little old, but that's what makes it so charming, and it matches the town of Kurashiki perfectly. You can also experience pottery and painting, which are unique to Okayama. The price is not cheap, but I would like to stay at this wonderful hotel again.

I stayed here during the long weekend to visit the Ohara Museum of Art. There are several venues for the Kurashiki Hinamatsuri, and I heard from the hotel that you need to travel by train to get there. If you're just looking to stay and don't want too much, there's no better hotel than one that's close to the station. There are hotels that are closer to the station, but of the hotels I've stayed at, I recommend this one.

Kurashiki Kokusai Hotel is located in the famous Bikan Historical Quarter, allowing you to see the Bikan Historical Quarter and Ohara Museum of Art up close. It is also in a great location for your desired Hinamatsuri. There are plenty of places to eat in the city of Kurashiki, including casual izakayas where you can enjoy seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. The accommodation fee starts from around 7,500 yen for a twin room, which I think is relatively reasonable.

The large open-air bath has a very calming atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the snowy scenery at your leisure. This is a recommended location for a base for sightseeing in Shiga Kogen and Togakushi. There are various types of indoor baths, including a standing bath, a jacuzzi, Finnish-style and Korean-style saunas, and a cold bath. Other options include Korean scrubs and body care courses. Most of the guest rooms are Japanese-style, and there is an observation bath with natural hot spring water, where you can enjoy the hot spring. For dinner, you can enjoy a kaiseki course meal in your room.

This hotel is located halfway up the slopes of Norikura Kogen Ski Resort, and since the surrounding temperature drops below freezing, you may be able to see diamond dust while taking a bath in the open-air bath early in the morning. We recommend this hotel to those who want to experience a fantastic atmosphere while warming their bodies in the hot springs.

It is a historic and prestigious Ryokan (Japanese inn). The rooms are spacious, and the open-air lobby has a luxurious feel. The wooden Momoyama bath is wonderful. The rock-made open-air bath is also very tasteful. In winter, you can bathe while watching the snowy scenery. This inn is also a registered tangible cultural property of the country. And yet, it is not too expensive, so I think it is a hidden hot spring. For food, you can enjoy the famous Shinshu beef. Please use this as a reference.

The open-air hot spring is located along the valley, and it's great to spend some time listening to the sound of the river. There is also an indoor bath, but the view is amazing. Yamagatakan, which is built along the valley, has a great view of the valley and the food was also satisfying. I have been there twice so far, attracted by the quality of the hot spring.

Four adults can enjoy skiing and tennis in one room, relaxing in separate beds. There is also an open-air bath with natural hot spring water, perfect for after-skiing. The golf course is closed in winter, but there are three indoor tennis courts, so we recommend bringing your own racket and having fun.

It's cheap, the food is delicious, and the fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea is great. The open-air bath overlooking the sea is the best, with a great view of the sunset. It's a little independent guest cottages from Kurashiki city, so you'll need a car, but a stroll around Shimotsui is also recommended. You can also tour the old shipping wholesaler for free.

Located in Yudanaka Shibu Onsen, the entire town is a retro hot spring town reminiscent of the early Showa period. This inn is also the model for the inn in Spirited Away. Nearby is Jigokudani Onsen, where monkeys bathe in the hot springs, and we recommend this inn for its winter snow scenery.

I recommend Shirakaba Resort. The open-air bath at this hotel is an infinity hot spring that allows you to feel one with the scenery, and the snowy scenery is the best. The meals are served Buffet style, with a mix of Japanese, Western and Chinese sweets, all of which were delicious. There are also shops, a hot spring pool and other recreational facilities on-site, so everyone can enjoy themselves all day long.

The view of Mt. Fuji in winter is very good. This hotel is a 10-minute shuttle bus ride away from Kawaguchiko Station. The transportation is very convenient. The location is easy to get to. The food is delicious and the hot springs are the best. You can relax in the Fujikawaguchiko hot springs while overlooking Mt. Fuji. Best of all, you can look at Mt. Fuji right in front of you while relaxing in your room. It's soothing.

If you are in Yamanashi or Nagano, this area is probably the best. Tateshina has good hot springs, and if you want to see snowy scenery, the view from the Golden Hot Spring outdoor bath along the river is recommended. The price is not too high, and there are good soba restaurants nearby.

This is a quiet and relaxing luxury Ryokan (Japanese inn). The water is from Shirahone Onsen, a very good, milky sulfur spring. The baths are switched between men and women depending on the time, and it seemed like people were Visiting hot springs just inside the inn. The area around the open-air bath is covered in snow, so you can enjoy the white hot springs and the white scenery while bath to view the snow. You can also tour the hot springs at other inns in the area. The local specialty, "hot spring rice porridge," is also delicious.

Take the bus bound for Yamada Onsen from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line. There is a shuttle from Yamada Onsen to the hot spring. When it snows, it is difficult to get there, but the satisfaction is high. The hot spring changes color to five colors, such as green and brown, 100% natural hot spring on the weather. The outdoor hot spring is a little low in temperature, but you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The food was also excellent.

Winter is the main season for skiing in most of this region, but this inn offers hot springs, food, drinks, and hospitality that will leave you satisfied. In the open-air bath surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the Kiso Ontake hot springs while watching the snow. The large indoor bath is also very spacious, and the scent of cypress is pleasant and soothing.

It's also conveniently located about 15 minutes by car from Azumino Interchange. If you're coming by train, there's a shuttle service from JR Hotaka Station. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. There are many tourist attractions nearby, so it's very convenient. The large public bath on the first floor is open to casual visitors, but there is also an open-air bath, and the large public bath on the third floor is only for guests staying at the hotel, so you can relax there. The view of the Northern Alps from the bath is amazing.

I was impressed with the attention to detail at this hotel. From the open-air observation bath, Mt. Fuji spreads out before your eyes, which was very pleasant. There are plastic bags for wet towels in the changing room of the large public bath, and you can put your used bath towels in the laundry basket so you can use a new one every time. There is also free tea at the entrance to the bath, so you can relax after your bath.
