Hotels near Okayama Station recommended for sightseeing in Okayama Korakuen

I'm planning to visit Okayama Korakuen, one of the three most famous gardens in Japan sightseeing sightseeing Okayama. I'm looking for a cheap and nice hotel near Okayama Station. Can you recommend any hotels?

I would like to go to Kurashiki's "Hina Meguri" festival, so please let me know where you recommend a place to stay.

I'm planning to go see the "Hina Meguri" in Kurashiki in February. There seem to be several event venues, so please let me know of any recommended accommodations that are convenient for moving around. Please let me know of any accommodations that are as cheap as possible and that offer only Accommodation only.
