I'm not sure if the term "local cuisine" is appropriate, but I think this inn is particular about its food. You can enjoy a relaxing stay in a calm atmosphere, savoring dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and brand-name products such as Tokachi beef. It is a fulfilling inn.

This hotel's Yuyu Shokusai/Hanazen plan allows you to enjoy dinner in your room, focusing on main dishes that feature seasonal local flavors, such as seafood hotpot Sanpei-jiru and seafood chanchan-yaki. There are also baths where you can enjoy four types of spring water: sulfur springs, salt springs, acidic iron springs, and mixed springs, so you can fully enjoy the hot springs of Noboribetsu.

Although it cannot be called local cuisine, the special meal that focuses on ingredients from Hokkaido is very popular. The large 300m2 bath boasts an abundant amount of hot water, and open-air bath is surrounded by the murmuring of the river and has a refreshing breeze from an altitude of 350m. You can enjoy baths at your preferred temperature, including hot baths, cold baths, and reclining baths.

We recommend this inn in Noboribetsu Onsen where you can dine in your room. You can dine in your room just for the two of you without being disturbed by others. The meal is a kaiseki course meal that makes use of local ingredients such as Noboribetsu pork. The rice is also from Hokkaido. We recommend this inn as it is particular about the taste of Hokkaido.

This hotel offers the option of in-room dining. Many dishes are served using seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. Although it is not the main dish, the hotel's special salted squid is delicious and addictive. The rooms are also spacious, with many in the 10-tatami range. The baths are also excellent, making this an inn where you can relax and enjoy Noboribetsu Onsen.

This is a homely inn with few rooms, but the staff are attentive to our needs and provide warm hospitality. We enjoyed a leisurely banquet in our room, featuring seasonal flavors. There are several meal plans available, and I chose the Shiraoi beef teppanyaki plan. There were also other options, such as sashimi, which left us full. The water here is luxurious, 100% natural from the source. The enclosure around open-air bath is a little high, but if you look up you can see the beautiful greenery, and it was very pleasant to bathe.

If you choose to dine in your room, we will prepare a Japanese banquet meal using ingredients from Hokkaido instead of local cuisine. Dai-ichi Takimotokan draws five types of spring water from seven sources, so you can enjoy Visiting hot springs without leaving your room. There are 35 baths of various sizes, so you can enjoy a variety of hot springs.

This is a luxury inn where you can see Lake Toya from your room. The view of Lake Toya from the panoramic open-air bath was so amazing I was speechless. The inside of the inn was spacious and beautiful, and it was truly impressive and luxurious. It was worth it just to take a bath in open-air bath.

Located along the shores of Lake Toya, this inn has an outstanding view. You can see the magnificent view of Lake Toya from the large public bath on the top floor (9th floor). Since it is alternated between men and women, you can enjoy the lake from different angles. Meals are served buffet style. There is a wide selection of seafood and mountain produce unique to Hokkaido, and the Genghis Khan was also delicious. There are Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, so please choose whichever you prefer. I recommend taking an early morning open-open-air bath, as it feels great.
